Signing up here has, seemingly inadvertently, signed you up for our one and only email list. This is something we will be utilizing up until the event because we do not expect anyone to check these forums every single day since the event is so far away. Your email will not be abused or used for spam by any staff members in anyway whatsoever, so you do not have to worry about that. You will be notified of polls, important changes, what we need (events/staff), and you will be reminded when the event is getting close. Your email will be used for nothing but to email you about this event.

- You can delete your account or get an admin to delete it for you. This means you will no longer be considered a part of the event and will need to re-register if you change your mind.
- You can turn it off by going to profile > edit profile > notifications, and then scroll to the bottom and opt out. If you choose to do this, you will not get any emails at all, but you will still have an account. We suggest that in this case, you set reminders for yourself to check back provided you are still interested.
