Starless Summer is made up of events, so, great! Post an Event Application for one of two purposes: To CREATE and HOST a new event, or to apply as a HOST for an already existing event. Please fill out the applications to the best of your ability. Do not copy any application. Applications should be posted with a specific title -- there is no format to follow, but make sure we know what you're applying for when we click on the topic. If you have an event idea but would not like to host it, please redirect yourself to the suggestions forum.
I do suggest you try and make your application look "pretty" to the best of your ability; remember, something easy to read is best. You do not need to use the application in the form provided -- you can mix it up or write a paragraph; overall, do whatever you want so long as all the information is there.
Suggestions for improvement will not be made by any staff member; fellow members are welcome to suggest improvements as they feel needed. If there are multiple applications for the same event, rejects will not be replied to but if you are accepted, I will post saying so. Otherwise everyone will be replied to.
In order for your event idea to be approved so that you may host it, at least five members must post in your topic supporting it. You may still be declined after this, but this is something you need in order to be accepted.
